Caltec is a family run company. We are based in the heart of Cheshire where our dedicated Head Office staff and National Service team are ready to support our customers and update our services to meet their requirements.

For over 30 years, Caltec has been providing ONSITE calibration, inspection, auditing and consultancy services across the UK. Our highly trained regional engineers offer nationwide coverage for onsite calibration, LOLER and PUWER inspections, Health & Safety audits, quality system implementation, aftersales audits and mystery shop programmes.

Using our background in ISO 9001 quality systems, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards in everything we do. Visits are individually scheduled by our logistics managers to ensure you receive a service fully focused on you. This ensures a more thorough and customer-driven experience compared with what can be delivered by a ‘one stop shop’ company.

Our comprehensive documentation is quality checked at head office prior to issue. That’s why auditors and consultants recommend us and over 3,500 clients throughout the UK choose Caltec on an ongoing basis. Our clients range from Automotive Manufacturers, Dealerships & Independent Garages, to Recovery Operators and the Public Sector.

Engineers

Our engineers are based across the UK so we can service you faster.

Our field engineers are at the heart of our business and for the majority of our customers are the ‘face’ of Caltec. They are all qualified mechanical or electrical engineers with a wealth of experience in the Automotive Sector, Manufacturing or the Armed Forces.

Most of our Engineers have worked with us for over ten years and are confident decision makers, comfortable with communicating with our clients to run through both work performed and any future work required.
