Introducing The New Audi RS3 Sportback Performance

Oct 28, 2022

The brand new 2023 Audi RS3 really is one amazing vehicle! It features the same 2.5l five-cylinder turbo-powered engine in previous models but incorporates brand-new technologies and a bolder style, which have had a great effect on the vehicle’s performance. The engine is capable of providing a maximum of 401 BHP which sits higher than its rival, the Mercedes Benz AMG 45. This German beast is capable of reaching 0-62mph in a mere 3.8 seconds – which compares to the likes of Tesla’s performance EVs.

2023 Audi RS3 Technologies and Equipment changes include:

  • A negative wheel camber
  • RS-specific tube stabilizer
  • Higher spring rate
  • Stiffer wishbone
  • RS sports suspension
  • Adaptive damper control
  • The shock absorber according to the road conditions
  • Increased rebound damping allows the shock absorber to take more force and work efficiently as compared to the previous generations of RS3.
  • A much better and tighter handling
  • Electromagnetically actuated valves help the hydraulic fluid to pass through easily.

There are some interesting new changes to the Audi RS3 interior, which in our opinion, makes the car stand out even more from previous models. For the first time, the special model now sports bucket seats as standard ensuring greater comfort and lateral support whilst testing the capabilities of the vehicle. They are made from Dinamica microfibre fabric, coupled with Nappa leather, which looks expensive, charming, and is incredibly comfortable to sit on.

In terms of driving performance and comfortability, the RS3’s Dynamic setting mode allows drivers to enjoy the RS3’s performance while still maintaining a comfortable ride. This setting is designed to be used when you are driving at a moderate pace on roads with good traction. It gives the car more power and torque without sacrificing handling or comfort.

The vehicle’s cockpit features a huge 10.1” infotainment system which has a carbon look and shows the characteric 2.5TFSI firing sequence. The RS monitor also integrates displays of coolant temperature, engine and transmission oil, g-forces, and tyre pressures, as well as standard features such as phone calls, music, and maps. The Audi virtual cockpit also provides information on vehicle performance data.

These technological advancements really highlight the quality, stability, and deliverance of the Audi RS3 Sportback. Audi is continuing to develop and advance their vehicles, it will be interesting to see how their technologies differ in electric vehicles being produced in 2030. Exciting times!
